Boris Johnson is set to announce new measures to curb obesity next week, amid growing evidence people who are overweight or obese are at greater risk from coronavirus.

New evidence tentatively suggests obesity is associated with an increased risk of Covid-19 complications and death. But why are those who are overweight or obese at greater risk?

Health Correspondent Deb Cohen reports.
