Welcome to Day 10 of #30daysofmorningyoga
This morning’s practice is about boosting our immune system. We will stimulate the lymphatic system to help promote the elimination of waste, toxins and unwanted materials by focusing on the three areas where the major lymph nodes are located: neck, underarms and groin.
In this class we will focus on our breathing as we open our bodies to down-regulate stress hormones to invite in vitality, resilience and healing.
Together we will set an intention at the end of practice to set the tone for the rest of our day.
This practice is for all levels, beginners welcome. You can participate in this class as part of the “30 Days of Morning Yoga” Journey or on its own. Return to it as often as you need/want.
