Misleading Coronavirus Statistics
Coronavirus shakes global economy. Its first tremor known as SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) outbreak in 2002 was felt mainly in China. Recently ithit again, spreading all over the world, and so does its economic damage. It seems as if we are heading toward an equivalent of sub-prime mortgage crisis. I regard this crisis as a new chapter of a book: Medical Nemesis: The Expropriation of Health by Ivan Illich. Iatrogenesis is an outcome of a false theory of disease. Medicine ignores (dislikes) that most diseases are self healing.
Iatrogenesis has an impact on economy. Initially it seemed as if for the stock market this impact was positive. Not for long since iatrogenesis taints the corona crisis. Let me explain how flawed medical logic contributes to the present crisis.
