Hi friends! This week I’m trying something a little different and sharing a What I Eat In A Day Video! I’ll take you through a full day of everything I eat and drink plus the different vitamins and supplements I take during pregnancy and to help prepare for labor and giving birth. Some of the meals include my favorite healthy chia seed oatmeal, leftover broccoli and sausage pasta, and a one pot butternut squash gnocchi dish. We’ll also whip up some yummy snacks and a healthy green smoothies packed with nutrients and superfoods. What are some of your favorite things to eat while pregnant?
